Architect AI Pro ("we", "our", or "the extension") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data.

1. Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide AI architectural services:

• User Prompts: Text entered into the chat area.
• Contextual Data: The title of the active browser tab.

2. Data Usage

The collected data is sent via an encrypted SSL connection to our secure Netlify backend. From there, it is processed by the Gemini API to generate a response. We do not use this data for advertising or profile building.

3. Data Storage

We do not store your prompts or results on our servers. Usage counts (for the 3-use daily limit) and Pro activation status are stored locally on your browser using Chrome's storage.local API.

4. Third Parties

Your data is shared only with Google (via the Gemini API) for the sole purpose of generating AI responses. We do not sell or trade user data to any third parties.

5. Security

All communication between the extension and our server is encrypted via HTTPS.
